Michael J. Kanik is a professional full-time Realtor®. Specializing in the Florida Keys, Michael represents both buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis. With enthusiasm and ambition, Michael is driven to meet new clients and assist them in finding and purchasing their piece of paradise. Buyers, sellers, and investors will rest assured that Michael is there for them 24/7 with unwavering dedication and attention to detail.

Hailing from Chicago, IL, Michael graduated from St.Patrick H.S. and received a BA in Sociology from Northern Illinois University. He spent a few years after college in corporate sales and training. As many have found, the slower pace of life, beautiful weather, and the ocean drew him to the Florida Keys in 2007. Michael spent 8 years as a PADI MSDT Scuba Instructor, USCG 50 Ton Master Captain and Dive Shop Manager. Blending his passions for the water and educating people with architecture and real estate lead him to his ultimate dream job as a Realtor® in the Florida Keys.

When not selling real estate, Michael can be found on the water with his fiance and their two rescued dogs. Michael also spends his time serving on the Board of Directors for the Florida Keys Board of Realtors, sits on the MLS board, and is Vice-Chairperson of the Young Professionals Network of the Florida Keys.
